By the end, you’ll be able to submit footage with confidence, knowing exactly how to get great results, faster.
Membership Delivery Time Overview
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours per request. If your membership allows for multiple concurrent requests, you can submit them simultaneously and each concurrent request will be delivered within the same 48-hour window.
- 1-at-a-time membership: 1 request every 48 hours
- 2-at-a-time membership: 2 requests every 48 hours
- 3-at-a-time membership: 3 requests every 48 hours
We’ll handle logistics on our end. Just share your footage and what you need, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Delivery Time: Up to 96 hours for delivery (48 hours per request) on the One-at-a-Time Plan.
Examples
45 Min Webinar
Raw Length: 45 minutes
Simple Edits: Cleanly trimmed webinar with light polish and branded intro/outro animations
Why it’s Two Requests: The length and polish needed go beyond our single-request scope. Splitting it ensures a smoother final product.
55 Min Interview / Video Podcast
Raw Length: 55 minutes of interview (60 minutes total)
Simple Edits: Cleanly edited video with interview and B-roll intercut, with light cleanup, and smooth transitions
Why it’s Two Requests: Combining interview footage with B-roll for a polished final cut requires more editing time and coordination than a standard single request allows. Splitting into two requests ensures higher quality and better pacing.
Three Requests
Best for: Raw footage between 60 and 90 minutes
Complex edits involving longer raw footage, multi-cam angles, or layered assets typically require three requests. We’ll handle the logistics—just share your footage length and desired outcome.
Delivery Time: Up to 144 hours on the One-at-a-Time Plan.
Examples
90 Min Video Podcast
Raw Length: 90 minutes (multi-cam + audio)
Simple Edits: Edited video podcast with dynamic camera switching, synced audio, lower-thirds for speakers, and full captions.
Why it’s Three Requests: Producing a polished multi-cam video podcast with clean edits, synced audio, lower-thirds, and full captions involves layered editing work. Splitting this into three requests helps keep each segment focused and ensures consistent quality throughout the episode.
75 Min Multi-Cam Panel
Raw Length: 75 minutes (multi-cam + audio)
Simple Edits: Edited panel discussion with camera switching, lower-thirds, and captions
Why it’s Three Requests: Multi-cam editing, syncing audio, adding lower-thirds, and captioning a condensed final cut is more complex than a standard edit. Splitting this into three requests keeps each segment manageable and ensures higher-quality output.
Four Requests (or More)
Best for: Raw footage over 90 minutes
Example
2 Hour Workshop Recording (120 Min)
Raw Length: 120 minutes (single cam + audio + optional B-roll)
Simple Edits: 20-minute workshop summary, four 2-minute breakout highlight clips, and one 3-minute social teaser (with light B-roll, trimming, and polish)
Why it’s Four Requests: This edit includes multiple deliverables, each with its own focus and structure. Breaking it into four requests allows for efficient turnaround and attention to detail.
When Raw Footage > 120 Minutes
When the raw footage is beyond 120 minutes, we break it into five or more requests, depending on the length of the footage.
Add one request for each additional 30 minutes.
