Absolutely. As part of onboarding, we set up templates and style guides for each brand you send us. You can submit projects for as many brands or clients as you like, just specify the brand in the request, provide their branding specs, and we’ll apply the correct brand assets. Every video request will be edited to match the specific brand’s fonts, colors, and logos.

We build a dedicated brand kit for every client inside your Trello board - including logos, fonts, color palettes, and style guidelines. Every video is edited against these standards to ensure brand consistency across all content.

Refinements are unlimited and typically turned around in one business day. Major reworks (e.g., reordering scenes, restructuring content, or replacing large sections of footage) fall outside the standard request scope and may incur an additional quote, always with advance approval.

There are no live calls, which means you won’t need to block time on your calendar or deal with unnecessary meetings. All communication happens asynchronously through your Private Request Board and email, so you can move at your own pace without interruptions. If you have questions before signing up, there's an optional 15-minute call to help you get clarity before moving forward.

The focus is on clean, polished edits without heavy motion graphics or complex animation work. Branded elements like intro/outro templates, lower-thirds, and simple popups can be added as needed. When it makes sense, stock effects are used to enhance the final result and create a higher-production-value look. Custom or complex animations from scratch aren’t offered, so if that’s a priority, this may not be the right fit.

No hard limits, but standard edits cover up to about 30 minutes of raw footage. If your footage runs longer, it may count as more than one request.

Most standard edits are delivered within 48 business hours (M-F, excluding holidays) of moving the edit request into "In Progress." Smaller tasks often move even faster. Raw footage that is longer than 30 minutes may take longer.

Yes. As a member agency, you can submit as many requests as you need. Each subscription includes unlimited video requests, edited one at a time (or two or three at a time, depending on your plan). There's no guarantee how many videos you'll get edited each month, but for one at a time members, I can typically deliver up to 20 videos each month.

To keep turnaround fast and quality high for all agency clients, Remarkified follows a simple Reasonable Use Policy:

• One Active Request at a Time: The standard plan includes one active video request at a time. Plans with two or three simultaneous active requests are also available.
• Standard Project Size: Each request should be a typical edit—like one video from up to 30 minutes of raw footage.
• Fair Use: Unlimited edits allow flexibility, not bulk drops or back-to-back rush jobs.
• Turnaround: Most standard edits are delivered within 48 hours. Longer videos may need to be split into multiple requests.
• Clear Inputs: Good briefs and organized files help us deliver faster, cleaner work.

If your usage starts to go beyond what's reasonable, we’ll reach out to talk through options or suggest a service upgrade.

Nope. Right now, every frame is edited by me, Bill, or my son, Josh. That’s how we keep quality tight, turnaround quick, and communication simple. As we grow, we may bring in help, but only if it meets the same standard we’ve built everything on.

A standard edit is any video request that fits within our streamlined, high-efficiency workflow, typically any raw footage that's under 30 minutes long, with clear instructions and brand assets.

This includes:

• Clean editing a video podcast or webinar that's 30 minutes or less
• Repurposing that podcast or webinar into multiple social media snippets
• Editing testimonials, explainers, or product demos
• Polishing slide deck recordings or talking head videos

It covers everything from cuts, color, and audio cleanup to motion-based lower-thirds, branded frames, captions, and client-ready polish.

More complex requests (like longer videos, multi-cam syncing, large footage libraries, complex narratives, or extensive feedback cycles) will take longer.

When you pause, your request queue is simply frozen, and you won’t be billed again until you’re ready to resume. Most agencies use this when things slow down or they need to regroup on strategy.

You can pause your membership at any time at your original plan price; no penalty, no reactivation fees. Just let us know you're ready to resume, and you'll be up and running a less than an hour.

If you cancel entirely and choose not to return, your slot will be offered to another agency. If you decide to come back later, your original rate may no longer apply.

TL;DR:

Pausing = temporary hold, you keep your rate.

Canceling = permanent exit, rate not guaranteed if you return later.

This system keeps things flexible for you, while making sure existing clients always get the fast turnaround and attention they’re paying for.

Rush delivery in 24 hours is available for $395 per video.

If you need a faster turnaround, just submit your request and we’ll send over a payment link. As soon as payment is received, your edit jumps to the front of the line.

NOTE:Rush delivery pauses any other active projects in your queue so we can focus fully on this one. Once it’s delivered, we’ll pick up right where we left off with your remaining requests.

If we ever need to step away for any reason, you’ll always get advance notice (typically at least 7 days), and we’ll offer options to front-load requests or shift deadlines so there’s no disruption to your workflow.

Because we don’t outsource and we’re not juggling 30 clients, we can actually protect your delivery schedule not gamble with it.

You can submit as many requests as you need. Your queue stays open, and we’ll work on one, two, or three edits at a time, depending on your plan.

If you’re heading into a busy period, like a campaign launch, just let us know. We’ll help plan your queue so everything stays on track. You can also upgrade to a higher-tier plan, even temporarily, if you need faster turnaround on more edits at once.

To keep turnaround times as fast as possible, we don't include Clip Curation as part of your membership. However we can add this on to your monthly membership fee for $500 if you prefer not to select clip timestamps with your requests. We'll identify the 5 strongest moments based on engagement potential, pacing, and hook strength. This includes up to 20 episodes per month. Human-curated, not AI-generated.

Full captions (burned-in or provided separately, your choice) are included with your membership.

If you're a new client and decide Remarkified isn't right for you within the first week, you’ll only be charged for that week (25%) - the rest (75%) will be fully refunded, no hassle.
